Optical Film Lamination Processing
We specialize in bonding functional films and optical materials to substrates like resin and glass. Precision Cutting of Thermosetting Resin and Metals
Representative thermosetting resins include phenolic resin, epoxy resin, polyester resin, and silicone resin, and there are laminates that combine these with base materials such as paper, cloth, and glass cloth.

Functional Film Lamination Processing
We offer complete in-house processing of functional films and sheets, from slitting to punching and lamination, all within a cleanroom environment. This ensures the high quality and diverse functionalities demanded by components such as reinforcement plates used in smartphones, robots, inspection equipment, and medical devices. These functionalities include insulation, shielding, heat shielding, and chemical resistance. Our experience also extends to electromagnetic shielding for FPCs and rigid flex circuits, and the lamination of interlayers in display glass. We can even handle temporary part attachment, aging, and complete curing, reducing your production steps
Precision Punching on Laminates & Sheets
With Meisei Electric, you can be confident we’ll tackle even the most demanding microfabrication challenges.
